WEGZ Safety Protocols

Safety is our priority at WEGZ.

We have gone to great lengths to redesign our large indoor space to safely accommodate 50 of wagering guests at a time. In addition to following or exceeding the recommended best practices from government and local health authorities, we keep WEGZ safe through the following:

  • Six designated zones have been established to ensure to accommodate seating with a minimum of two metres apart.
  • Mandatory Contact Tracing; guests will be required to make advance reservations or register immediately upon arrival, this will include name, telephone number and seat assignment to ensure the maximum space/zone capacity is not exceeded
  • Face coverings will remain mandatory while guests and employees are indoors
  • High Frequency cleaning and sanitization of commonly touched surfaces.
  • Daily Employee Screening; employees will be required to complete a daily Covid-19 Screening Form and provide a temperature reading.  
  • Clear signage outlining procedures and best practices as well as hand sanitizer will be placed throughout the building
  • Management and Player Service Representatives will ensure guests are adhering to their designated guest zones.
  • A maximum of 5 people will be allowed in the washrooms at one time.
